User-Generated Content
The Service may allow you to create, submit, send, display, or otherwise make available messages, text, media, and other user-generated content. You retain any rights you may have in your content, subject to the rights you grant to us under these Terms. By submitting content through the Service, you grant Vault a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, review, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, respond to reports, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Service.
Reporting, Blocking, and User Controls
Vault may provide tools that allow users to report objectionable content, report abusive users, block users, and manage their experience. You agree to use these tools honestly and not to submit false, malicious, or abusive reports. When a user blocks another user, Vault may limit interactions, or take other reasonable steps to protect the reporting or blocking user. Reports and blocks may be reviewed as part of our moderation and safety processes.
Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, filter, restrict, remove, disable access to, or refuse content or accounts where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, our policies, user safety requirements, or applicable law. We may investigate reports of objectionable content or abusive conduct and may take action including suspension, permanent account termination, device or network restriction, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate. We may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or legal compliance.
Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information. By using Vault, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You should not assume that any communication, account, or content is completely immune from review, disclosure, or legal process.

We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure, harmed other users, interfered with the Service, or where termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to content rights, safety, enforcement, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by Vault or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or free from errors, harmful components, or unauthorized access. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vault and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Compliance with Law and Legal Requests
You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Service. We may preserve, use, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Vault, our users, or the public.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts identified by applicable law.
